Last fall, the much respected American Cancer Society did a ranking of America's Most Mustache-Friendly Cities. I began to scroll down the list and found that Portland was #48, yes, you read that correctly, Portland was ranked the 48th most moustache friendly city in the U.S.A. Apparently they did not do their research, I mean they ranked Seattle #23 and Bismark, ND at #37.
